- Engage directly with clients to collaboratively set tailored treatment goals that foster their progress. \n
- Provide evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy tailored to meet clients' diverse needs. \n
- Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate treatment plans ensuring they remain responsive to clients' evolving situations. \n
- Work collaboratively with a range of external treatment providers and placement agencies, streamlining client referrals and resources. \n
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment notes in compliance with industry standards. \n
- Participate in regular staff meetings, contributing insights and engaging in team discussions to enhance treatment strategies. \n
- Actively enrich the team’s culture through engagement in team-building activities and initiatives. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as either an LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Illinois. \n
- A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate effective therapeutic relationships with clients and exhibit strong interpersonal skills. \n
- Familiarity with various community mental health resources and how to incorporate them into treatment. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for documentation and client interaction. \n

- A minimum of one year of experience in mental health counseling or a related professional field. \n
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms. \n
- Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health care. \n
