We are on the hunt for experienced and dynamic servers to join our team. We are looking for someone who finds joy in hosting guests, curating experiences, and always looks for new ways to make magic during our guests' time with us.

About the Role : The Server is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by offering courteous and prompt service to guests. This role involves taking orders, delivering food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information on menu items, daily specials, and promotions.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff as needed.

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on guests regularly and addressing any concerns promptly.

• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, including ingredients and dietary considerations.

• Assist guests with special requests and accommodate modifications where possible.

• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.

• Handle special events and large party orders with efficiency and attention to detail.

• Foster repeat business through excellent service and genuine rapport with guests.

Dining Area Maintenance:

• Set up tables, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a polished appearance of the dining area.

• Refill beverages and replenish table settings as needed.

• Clear tables and reset them for new guests promptly.

• Adhere to sanitation and safety standards throughout all areas of the restaurant.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

• Communicate guest preferences and feedback to management for continuous improvement.

• Participate in pre-shift meetings to stay informed about menu changes, specials, and other important information.

• Assist fellow staff members during peak times to ensure smooth operations.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate cash handling and POS procedures.

• Ensure adherence to tip reporting and documentation requirements.

• Uphold compliance with all restaurant policies, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server role preferred.

• Fine dining experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
