Position Highlights

• Full-time hospital-employed position
• Established multidisciplinary cancer program
• Strong referral network and collaborative environment
• Opportunity to develop subspecialty focus (GI, hepatobiliary, melanoma, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and surgically manage benign and malignant tumors
• Perform complex oncologic procedures
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards
• Collaborate with oncology, radiology, and specialty teams
• Provide consultative and follow-up care

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of General Surgery residency
• Fellowship training in Surgical Oncology preferred
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Eligible for Maine medical licensure
