We are looking for experienced corporate chief inspector to help improve processes and assist with shop development and inspections. You will assist mechanics with routine maintenance and following proper procedures and documentation. General Aviation Aircraft and Beechcraft and Textron products.

- King Air

- Citation

- Cirrus

- Twin Turbo Prop Aircraft

The individuals we are looking for will have extensive knowledge with corporate aircraft and GA aircraft. Minimum 10 years of experience working in the aviation field and must be willing to assist & train less experienced mechanics.

Must have good communication skills and bring a positive outlook to our facility.

- Knowledgeable of processes and procedures and have a safety-first mindset.

• Chief Inspector Pay scale DOE: $100,00- $120,000
• Reimbursement or Relocation: Up to $5,000

You must have hands on General Aviation aircraft such as Piper's, Cessna's and Cirrus. Along with turbo prop experience and turbine engine aircraft such as King Air, Citation, Textron and Beechcraft products.

Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive inspections of King Air, Citation, and Cirrus aircraft to verify airworthiness and compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards.

• Perform A&P Work IAW process specifications.
• Oversee and help develop processes and manuals that keep all maintenance in compliance with FAA standards.
• Utilize advanced tools such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters (ohmmeters, ammeters), and power tools to perform precise measurements and equipment repairs.
• Conduct root cause analysis on maintenance issues to identify underlying problems and implement corrective actions efficiently.
• Oversee and assist less experienced mechanics on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with maintenance, avionics upgrades, and airframe inspections while ensuring compliance with federal aviation regulations.

REQUIRMENTS

• Must be able to communicate effectively with all team members and decision makers
• Proven previous quality inspector experience.
• Proven A&P experience on general aviation or corporate aircraft such as King Air, Citation, or Cirrus models.
• Strong mechanical knowledge in aviation systems.
• Familiar with calibrated measuring tools & troubleshooting
• Knowledge of FAA regulations governing aircraft maintenance and operations within the aviation industry.
• Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Skilled in the use of aircraft hand tools, and testing equipment.
