Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hyland OnBase Software to join our team as a contractor. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge of Hyland OnBase and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership stakeholders and make informed decisions that drive project success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Hyland OnBase solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Make strategic decisions regarding software architecture and design, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in existing OnBase applications, providing timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Hyland OnBase and related technologies.
- Document technical processes and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in Hyland OnBase software development.
- Proven experience as an OnBase Developer
- Ability to work effectively with leadership stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated decision making skills in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to OnBase development.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with integration of OnBase with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with cloud based solutions and deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Experience in developing custom workflows and document management solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Hyland OnBase.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
