At Chick-fil-A Miami Shores, the team member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity! In addition to working directly for an independent owner/operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Position type:
- Part-time (less than 30 hours per week)
- Full-time (30+ hours per week)
Compensation:
- Starting $14 an hour

Front of house team member responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests
- Take orders at the cash register
- Assemble and bag meals for dine in and carry out guests
- Expedite third party orders for delivery driver pickup
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned area
- Deliver meals to curbside guests in the parking lot
- Prepare drinks, ice cream treats and milkshakes
- Manage cash for assigned till
- Restock inventory and order supplies
- Assist guests with mobile app orders
- Help prepare catering orders
- Other duties as assigned

- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Have the ability to lift and carry 20-30 lbs
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
