ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I'm excited to be building a brand-new agency with a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years in corporate State Farm, served in ministry, and worked as a State Farm team member. Those experiences shaped my passion for serving others, developing people, and building meaningful relationships. I'm also the proud father of four young children, and when I'm not at the office, you'll usually find me enjoying cars and the automotive community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Bobby Hudson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. 
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
