Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Overview Keystone Bluffs is an Assisted Living facility that started in 2001, located in Duluth, MN. Keystone Bluffs offers 80 beautiful apartments designed with single-level living in mind. This role would be a full-time position. Responsibilities Medication management & chart auditing Performing resident treatments as ordered per the care plan Observing, tending to and documenting residents health needs Communicating with RN regarding relevant staff and resident information and/or concerns Reviewing appointments and orders, follow up communicating follow up appointments with the front desk Processing MD orders completely and accurately Completing incident reports as needed Ensure the staff is performing safe practices Reviewing messages and communicating with staff through Residex Performing wound care, communication with Home Care, managing supplies Assist with compliance audits and staff guidance Focused assessments for clinical needs Qualifications Possess a valid Minnesota LPN License Minimum of 1 year experience Requirements Leadership ability Must be able to occasionally fill in when needed during staffing shortages Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times Benefits Paid Time Off Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Pay Range Based on experience, $30-$32/hr Schedule Working Flexible Hours Am/Pm Job Type Full-time Location 2528 Trinity Rd, Duluth, MN 55811 #J-18808-Ljbffr
