People & Culture Generalist — HR Advocate & On-site Partner
Constellation Brands
Constellation Brands is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, compliance, engagement, and development across California locations. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will partner with HR Business Partners and specialists to execute HR programs at site level. The role requires 4–8 years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proficient HRIS knowledge (Workday preferred). Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Constellation Brands
