Responsibilities We have a super-dialed in 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today’s market. The average agent closes (and pending) 3.4 transactions during this 86 day period. Work with sales agent to help buyer’s find the perfect home and be a student of the game while mastering the back-end of the industry. Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria. Our training plan involves excellent communication. Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agents and clients. Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week. Participate in team activities per team standards. We expect team members to show up 2 or more days a week in Zoom training or meetings. All agents are full time and engage in client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking, and social media.
