Minimum Qualifications: Legal age to serve alcohol as per local regulations. Previous experience in waitstaff or bartending roles preferred but not mandatory. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change. Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol). Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling. Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Customer service training or hospitality education. Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously, providing menus and answering questions about food and beverage options. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience. Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, balancing registers and maintaining transaction records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas, including setting and clearing tables. Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with team members to manage busy periods and ensure smooth service flow.
