1863 Brewing is looking for energetic, dependable, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about great food, craft beer, and creating memorable experiences for guests, we’d love to meet you.
We’re Hiring:
- Servers
- Bartenders
- Line Cooks
- Dishwashers
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right people.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
- Take and process orders accurately using POS system
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and spirits, demonstrating knowledge of wine and drink pairings to elevate the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and dishwashing stations to ensure food safety compliance
- Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests while managing food handling protocols
