Summary The Human Resources Coordinator supports the functions of the department by performing a wide variety of administrative duties and serving as the first point of contact for the department. Responsibilities Serves as the first point of contact for the department. Provides excellent customer service to visitors, applicants, and team members in person, by phone, or through email. Acts as liaison to team members and visitors who have general questions or requests relating to HR transaction needs. Meets with prospective new employees for Human Resource pre-boarding appointments and employee eligibility verification. Creates, updates and maintains team member files. Prints badges for new and existing team members. Documents various changes in the human resources information system (HRIS). Provides support as needed to the other HR team members. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
