General Production WorkerWe are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers at our manufacturing facility. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for producing high-quality tire repair products across four distinct groups: Packaging, Pinning, Press, and Mill.Responsibilities:Pack finished products into boxes in a repetitive manner.Use a microscope to insert small pins into products, requiring precision and repetition.Press patch parts to create the final product.Assist with equipment operation in the rubber production process.Essential Skills:Previous manufacturing experience is required.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience with machine operation is a plus.Assembly skills, particularly under a microscope, are advantageous.Why Work Here?Enjoy affordable benefits with full coverage, a supportive work environment, annual profit-sharing bonuses, and pay progression opportunities, potentially reaching $25/hour in production roles.Work Environment:Join a clean and well-maintained manufacturing environment with approximately 150 employees across two shifts.
