Join a family practice and IV wellness center serving the Yardley/Morrisville area as a Medical Receptionist Medical Assistant. This part-time role offers flexibility, potential for remote hours, and a path to full-time employment. The position collaborates with physicians and nurses and provides opportunities for front-office leadership, cross-training in IV wellness services, and expanded clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient check-in, check-out, communication, and appointment scheduling.
• Room patients and record vital signs, height, and weight.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic health records.
• Complete phlebotomy, blood draws, pregnancy testing, and injections.
• Use EHR, scheduling, billing, payment, and client-management systems.
• Order supplies, manage wellness-center inventory, and stock clinical areas.
• Provide customer service and support day-to-day office administration.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to support patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in medical assisting and medical reception. Willing to train the right person without experience.
• Medical assisting certificate or diploma, desired, not mandatory.
• Experience measuring vital signs.
• Strong patient communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
