Knife Steakhouse is the renowned boutique steakhouse owned by chef John Tesar. We take pride in sourcing locally raised meats, dry aging, and butchering in-house. Our menu also features fresh seafood and house-made pastas. We are currently seeking an individual to assist in food preparation and line work during dinner service. At Knife, everything is prepared fresh on-site, as we do not use any pre-made ingredients. This position requires a candidate with a genuine passion for culinary arts.
