Zenos is currently operating in stealth mode. Role Description This full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role is based in the San Mateo. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process for technical and engineering positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring teams. The role will involve building and maintaining talent pipelines, partnering closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, and refining recruiting strategies for a fast-scaling AI and robotics startup. The Technical Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, manage candidate communication and experience, and ensure a structured, data-informed recruitment process. Qualifications Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Experience in Technical Recruiting for engineering, AI, robotics, or related technical roles. Strong Communication skills and ability to represent the company brand. Experience recruiting in high-growth startup environments or fast-paced technology companies. Ability to build and manage talent pipelines using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals). Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
