*Responsibilities of our School Director:*

* Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the school to ensure smooth student progress
* Supervise staff from different classrooms and provide constructive feedback
* Provide verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior
* Manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors
* Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and apply improvements
* Undertake staffing responsibilities (training, evaluating, scheduling etc.)
* Manage the budget by monitoring revenue and expenses

*Requirements for the School Director:*

* A bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field
* Two years work experience in a licensed child care facility, or early childhood program ONLY
* Possesses deep love for children and a strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community
* Reliable with strong character and values. Will serve as a role model for others in the school and embody the servant leadership philosophy
* Must meet Texas Child Care Licensing requirements
* Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
