Hardin Heating & Air, LLC is hiring a full-time Licensed HVAC Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems throughout Midlothian, TX (and nearby areas). Our Licensed HVAC Technicians can earn: Competitive base wage of $30.00 – $40.00/hour Hybrid pay structure with tiered performance incentives Target-based spiffs, safety bonuses, and quality bonuses Incentives for maintaining a low call-back percentage Recognition and retention incentives WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Do you meet these qualifications? 5+ years of experience in a leadership position EPA Section 608 certification TDLR registration NATE certification Proficiency with electrical and mechanical systems Valid driver's license Willingness to learn more and keep growing in the trade Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in extreme temperatures, and work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.) Ability to use multimeters, gauges, and similar tools Ability to use ServiceTitan (or similar software) for invoicing and scheduling Commitment to safety Do these traits resonate with you? Effective English communication and conflict resolution skills Critical thinking and out-of-the-box problem-solving skills Punctuality, clean appearance, and respectful attitude Sales skills with an awareness of when to push and when to back off Are you able to work these hours?
