Principal HR Business Partner

The Principal HR Business Partner provides support to the organization's leaders, employees, and employee and labor relations team across a broad array of topical areas. In particular, the Principal serves as the operational lead for employee relations, performance management, and may assist with labor relations as needed. Establishes and maintains superior employee and labor-management relations, enforces the corrective action policy, interprets collective bargaining agreements, administers grievance and complaint resolution procedures under the direction of leadership, and assists all levels of management on employee and labor relations matters. Provides oversight for performance and leave management throughout the organization and supports leadership on-boarding and development within a service excellence program. The Principal HR Business Partner provides coaching and counsel to leaders administering corrective action and ensures consistency throughout the organization. The Principal HR Business Partner helps develop and maintain policies, programs, and processes that support RRMC as the Employer of Choice.

Minimum Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Work Experience

• 15 or more years of experience in Employee/Labor Relations functioning in a Labor Relations, HR Generalist or HR Manager capacity.

Required Licenses/Certifications

• HR or SPHR Certification preferred.

• Expert knowledge of labor relations and a proven track record in rendering expert, consultative advice on labor issues.
• Microsoft Desktop application skills (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay Range: $42.80 - $62.35
