The FP&A Manager, Americas Finance role is part of Kearney's Americas Finance team and will report to Director of FP&A. This role serves as a trusted business partner to Finance and firm leadership, providing financial insights and analysis that support informed decision-making, operational excellence, and long-term business performance. The FP&A Manager will play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, performance analysis, and ad hoc financial planning and analysis. Working independently and collaboratively across the organization, this individual will proactively identify trends, communicate insights, and develop value-added analyses that help improve profitability and financial performance. The role will support The Americas Region; North America.

We want to hear from you if you: Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; an MBA/CPA is preferred. Have 7+ years of related finance, accounting, or FP&A experience; professional services experience is a plus. Bring deep finance and accounting knowledge, including demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex financial issues into clear insights that support decision-making. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership. Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline- and team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail. Have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Have experience with SAP; Power BI and Anaplan are a plus. Bring a collaborative approach and excellent listening skills. Can work effectively in a hybrid environment, with specific in-office expectations to be confirmed.
