Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care / ICU setting
• Accurately document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes within the Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current, hands-on Epic EMR experience required
• Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years
• Verifiable work history with charting system documented for each position held; if multiple EMR systems were used within a single role, dates must be provided to clarify usage periods
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or maintained stable employment history with a single organization
• No time-off requests (RTO) during the assignment; start date is firm and non-negotiable

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience supporting or working through an Epic system conversion or go-live
• Familiarity with Epic backfill or optimization workflows
