Michele Agnew State Farm is looking for an energetic and motivated Acquisitions Specialist to join our team in Bartlett, TN.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales while making a real impact on customers and the community. You'll be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, developing new business opportunities, and helping people find insurance solutions that fit their needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Acquisitions Specialist, your focus will be generating new business and creating opportunities for agency growth.

• Connect with prospective customers through calls, referrals, emails, and community outreach
• Work new leads and respond quickly to new opportunities
• Build and manage an active pipeline of prospective customers
• Ask questions, uncover customer needs, and identify opportunities
• Educate customers about insurance options and recommend appropriate solutions
• Follow up consistently throughout the sales process
• Schedule appointments and move prospects toward a buying decision
• Develop relationships that lead to new business and long-term customers
• Meet established sales, activity, and acquisition goals
• Track customer interactions, follow-up, and pipeline activity
• Collaborate with the agency team to maximize opportunities
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience from the first conversation forward

LICENSING
The selected candidate must be willing and able to obtain all applicable state insurance licenses required for the position.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
