Clients include utility companies, municipalities, school districts, and other commercial and public entity clients. Lead clients through the full litigation lifecycle — depositions, discovery, hearings, and trial Draft briefs, pleadings, dispositive motions, stipulations, and position statements Defend and take depositions; manage written discovery and trial prep Counsel clients on risk exposure, policy development, and litigation strategy Collaborate across the litigation group and participate in practice group meetings and CLE initiatives Looking for: Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing Open to Associate to Counsel levels Recent general litigation experience with institutional or commercial clients — utility companies, municipalities, school districts, or similar public entity/commercial matters Experience in any of the following areas welcomed: General Litigation / Commercial Litigation Municipal Litigation Public Entity Defense Employment Litigation Insurance Coverage Litigation Interested in hearing more?
