Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly Technician workers for a leading manufacturing company in Grand Forks, ND. In this role, you’ll help assemble and test quality products while supporting a team-focused production environment. Assemble products using blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively
Test, inspect, and package finished products according to quality standards
Follow standard work procedures, training guides, build boards, and Kanban requirements
Report material, product, or equipment defects and inconsistencies
Support company quality and safety objectives
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and written work instructions
Basic computer skills, including Windows, email, and internet use
Strong communication, math, reading, and spelling skills
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an entire shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, grip, and perform detailed visual inspections
