Back of House Associate, Kick Pleat Austin Reports to: Store Manager and Operations Manager Austin-based since 2003, KICK PLEAT is a high-end, multi-brand establishment with storefronts in Austin, Houston, and Dallas and a booming online presence. The Kick Pleat Back of House Associate covers a variety of areas of retail. This is an exciting opportunity to learn how the business functions as a whole and expand your operational skillset. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Process and ship web orders. Prepare and steam incoming inventory to provide stylists with newly received pieces. We receive new inventory daily Participate in the in-store inventory process Light errands and local deliveries Maintain and organized back of house inventory of merchandise and supplies. Assist the sales team and e-commerce teams as needed Position Requirements: Strong attention to detail is a must Contributes to an outstanding working environment with a positive attitude, professionalism and willingness to assist others. Must be flexible to work retail hours, including holidays and weekends. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with strong communication and time management skills.
