Hearing Representative - Workers' Compensation Defense

The Role We're looking for an experienced Hearing Representative to join the team. You'll manage a diverse caseload of lien files end-to-end — from rating permanent disability under the AMA Guides and reviewing medical records, through to negotiating liens, completing settlement documents, and appearing before judges at MSCs, Status Conferences, and Walk-Through settlements. You'll also maintain proactive client communication and deliver regular written case summaries.
