Maintenance Supervisor

Full Time

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and electricians.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for machinery and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and injection molding equipment.
Coordinate facility maintenance, including HVAC, roofing, and fire protection systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.
Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts, equipment orders, and departmental workflow.
Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize operational disruptions.

Requirements:

5+ years of maintenance supervision or relevant maintenance leadership experience.
Experience in plastics manufacturing and injection molding equipment.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, machine repair, and preventive maintenance.
Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems is preferred.
