You will need Basic Cardiac Life Support, a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification, 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, and a graduate of an accredited educational program for Surgical Technologist. Two years of Operating Room experience and HCA Preceptor Training are preferred.
