Environment, Health & Safety Officer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:00am to 02:30pm)

• Conduct routine environmental, health, and safety inspections throughout the facility
• Assist with maintaining OSHA logs, safety records, and compliance documentation
• Help investigate workplace incidents and document findings
• Monitor PPE usage and reinforce safe work practices
• Assist with new hire safety orientations and ongoing employee training
• Support hazard identification and corrective action processes
• Maintain safety supplies, signage, and inspection reports
• Work closely with production teams to promote a safe and clean workplace
• Perform additional administrative or safety-related duties as assigned

Environment, Health & Safety Officer Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or safety-related experience preferred
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and OSHA standards is a plus
• Strong computer, documentation, and data entry skills required
• Ability to conduct inspections and maintain accurate safety records
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to wear required PPE and work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
• Ability to walk the production floor, lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and perform physical tasks as needed

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
