Functional Oracle Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a Functional Oracle Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with end-to-end payroll integrations, elements, fast formulas, and a strong understanding of U.S. payroll processes. Prior experience with Oracle EBS is preferred. Key Responsibilities Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions. Manage end-to-end integrations across Payroll, HR, and Compensation modules. Configure and maintain payroll elements and fast formulas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver payroll solutions. Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll regulations and standards. Provide functional support and troubleshooting for payroll-related issues. Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll. Proven experience with end-to-end integration involving Payroll, HR, and Compensation. Strong knowledge of payroll elements and fast formulas. Solid understanding of U.S. payroll processes and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with Oracle EBS Payroll.
