The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guest. \n Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: \n \n * Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest \n * Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles \n * Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections \n * Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively \n * Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization \n * Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns \n * Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results \n \n \nQualifications \n \n Qualifications: \n \n * Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest \n * 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic \n * ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve \n * Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles \n * Meet or exceed hourly goals \n * Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes \n * Professional appearance and strong communication \n * A desire for long-term career development \n \n Physical Requirements: \n \n * Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds \n * Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head \n * Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair \n * Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools \n * Walk/stand for the majority of their workday \n * Drive manual transmissions vehicles \n * Efficiently navigate a computer \n \n \nAdditional Information \n \n Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
