Busy warehouse, multiple tasks required as a coordinator. Hours will vary; must be available for early morning shift starts 6 am a couple of times a week.
The Administrative Assistant in Human Resources and Employee Placement plays a vital role in supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth employee onboarding and placement processes. This role independently manages administrative tasks within the HR team, contributing to efficient recruitment and employee record management.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings within the HR department
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage filing systems
- Assist with employee onboarding processes and documentation
- Perform data entry and database management tasks
- Facilitate communication between HR and employees
- Support recruitment efforts through administrative assistance
- Prepare reports related to staffing and HR activities
