Must-Have: Experience in robotic surgery, neuro, thoracic surgery, and ENT procedures

Description: Provide high-quality nursing care in a day/evening rotating schedule. Assist with circulating and scrubbing as needed. Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Candidates must be highly proficient in robotic surgery, neurosurgery, thoracic surgery, and ENT procedures. Experience in multiple services is required, including ENT/plastics, endoscopic procedures, and neuro (craniotomy, EEA, and skull base). Travelers should be prepared to scrub a variety of services, including surgical oncology, thoracic, colorectal, urology, gynecologic oncology, head & neck, neuro, ortho, plastics, and robotics. Candidates must have experience with ENT, neuro, thoracic, and robotics as hard stop requirements. This role may involve call and weekend coverage as needed. During the contract, travelers are expected to work collaboratively with the surgical team and manage patient care effectively. Candidates should be prepared for a diverse and challenging environment while providing essential surgical support.
