Job Description

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and devise tailored therapeutic strategies to assist them in realizing their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Practices: Apply evidence-based interventions to advance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and day-to-day activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Illuminate therapy techniques for patients and their caregivers to promote sustained progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring patients remain on track with their recovery journey

Education

• Completion of an accredited degree in Occupational Therapy
• Support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
