Support goal of achieving zero accidents./liliPromote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed./liliObtain safety training as expected by all company personnel./li/ulpstrongQualifications and Requirements/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma (or equivalent) required/liliBachelors Degree in Safety (or related field) preferred/lili5+ years experience in safety and occupation health/liliPrior internship or work experience involving safety or leadership required/lili3-5 years experience in an office environment with responsibility for a variety of duties/liliPrior experience in the electrical or construction field preferred/li/ulpstrongExperience, Skill and Abilities/strong/pulliPositive safety attitude and personal integrity -- both are non-negotiable/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)/liliCompetence to keep personnel information strictly confidential/liliAbility to see details and recognize errors, working with precise standards of accuracy/liliAbility to exercise good business judgment/liliAbility to multi-task and thrive in an environment where numerous tasks and projects are occurring simultaneously and to meet deadlines/liliAccurate record-keeping skills and detail orientation/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to write clear reports/li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements/strong/pulliOffice environment requiring sitting and standing.
