Job Responsibilities Assign and direct tasks, appraise performance, and address complaints to ensure guest satisfaction and quality service. Oversee staff adherence to state and company regulations, including health codes and employee handbook guidelines. Maintain a positive rapport with staff by being knowledgeable and supportive regarding the outlet and resort. Complete and balance all reports and money at the end of each shift to ensure proper revenue. Cover absent positions such as bartender, server, or busser as needed. Contribute to team goals by completing related tasks and achieving results as required. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Preferred: 3 to 6 months of supervisory experience.
