Senior Oracle EPM Architect (Lead)

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management architecture and financial systems implementation.

• Proficiency in Oracle EPBCS capabilities encompassing workforce, capital, and revenue planning modules.

• Experience with designing advanced financial models including rolling forecasts and driver-based planning frameworks.

• Experience in integrating EPM data utilizing FDMEE, REST APIs, and EPM Automate tools.

• Experience with connecting upstream financial systems including Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, and PeopleSoft.

• Experience in managing complex financial planning configurations within strict SOX-controlled corporate environments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present project scope and updates to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern the overarching technical strategy for the enterprise Oracle EPM planning platform.

• Build and maintain complex dimensional data models, metadata structures, and calculation scripts.

• Optimize data integration pipelines connecting upstream enterprise resource planning systems with financial forecasting tools.

• Direct the technical delivery of third-party implementation partners and external managed service providers.

• Configure highly scalable financial applications to support capital, workforce, and operating expense planning.

• Troubleshoot critical production bottlenecks during active financial close periods to ensure seamless technical operations.

• Guide cross-functional finance stakeholders through system enhancements and continuous process automation.
