What You'll Do

Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility

Support residents in maintaining their highest level of independence

Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Assist with meal support, engagement, and daily routines

Foster a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents

Build meaningful relationships with residents and families through quality care and companionship

Required Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English

At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
