As a Rula therapist, you’ll have true schedule autonomy and the backing of a team dedicated to raising the standard of behavioral health. Admin Done for You We handle credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support—so you can focus your time and energy on clinical work. Professional Autonomy Decide how many clients you see and when. Adjust your schedule anytime. Both telehealth and in-person sessions are supported (providers arrange their own office space if offering in-person care). Commitment to Quality Care At Rula, delivering consistent, effective care is at the heart of what we do. Providers are expected to uphold shared standards by actively engaging clients around clinical measures during visits—encouraging completion, reviewing results, and, when needed, completing them live in session. This ensures clients receive the best possible support while helping you demonstrate the impact of your care. And we provide the tools, training, and guidance to make it seamless. A Supportive Community Access case consultations, office hours, and connect with thousands of providers nationwide. You’ll also have unlimited access to CEU podcast courses and robust clinical learning opportunities.
