Leads are responded to with a sense of urgency. Your crews feel supported, know what's expected and consistently deliver quality work. Problems are solved quickly without escalation. Documentation is complete and supports smooth billing and collections. Customers feel informed, supported, and taken care of.What We're Looking For5 plus years of mitigation management experienceIICRC certificationsStrong leadership and team management skillsDeep understanding of water, mold, and restoration processesAbility to manage multiple jobs and priorities at onceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsHigh standards for quality, safety, and accountabilityProfessional presence and willingness to be in the fieldWork EnvironmentFull time, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. Additional hours as needed.
