Clinic RN - Pediatrics

Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care in an ambulatory setting, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs across the lifespan. This role involves care coordination using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care and teaching through in-person, telehealth, or electronic encounters. The RN collaborates with the healthcare team, maintains compliance with professional standards, and supports quality healthcare delivery consistent with organizational values.
