Weld Robot Operator

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Weld Robot Operator to run automated welding cells producing precision sheet metal parts in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities include loading fixtures, monitoring robotic weld operations, making basic program or parameter adjustments, and performing quality checks using measurement tools and visual standards. The operator will read blueprints, follow work instructions, complete production and inspection records, and support preventative maintenance and safe operation. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced equipment, skill development, and participation in continuous improvement on a collaborative team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
