About the Role Registered Branch Associates are essential to the client team, partnering with Financial Advisors to serve existing clients. They create capacity by supporting the branch process to provide a streamlined client experience, understanding client motivations and accelerating trust within the team. Training and Support We will give you training and the support you need, including: Mentoring, job shadowing, coaching, and branch office visits. A support network that extends beyond your branch office, including headquarters assistance via phone, email, and firm intranet resources. Key Responsibilities Deepen relationships with existing clients. Gather and collect suitability information to open new accounts. Research portfolio performance, costs/fees, asset allocation, changes to portfolio construction, and make recommendations to the Financial Advisor, communicating to the client on behalf of the Advisor when in agreement. Execute buy/sell orders solicited by the Financial Advisor and confirm with clients. Answer general client questions regarding Edward Jones Stock recommendations and withdrawals. Actively plan business and work as a team to continuously evaluate and execute branch strategies. Continually develop yourself to grow personally and professionally. Skills Ability to learn and apply legal and regulatory requirements related to selling financial solutions. Work independently with strong problem solving, critical thinking, and sound judgement. A resilient, creative and progressive mindset. Motivation to achieve results as an individual and team. Attention to detail, organization, and time management. Requirements High School Diploma/Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 3–5 years of relevant experience in securities/financial services industry preferred. Series 7 and Series 66 required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned study period. FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses also required. Benefits Culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
