Tues-Thurs - In-Office. Mon / Fri - Remote.The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works hand-in-hand with the Vibra Travels talent acquisition and HR teams to facilitate the recruiting process. Responsible for assisting our onboarding team through the onboarding process and works on special projects as assigned.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience & education required.Additional Qualifications/Skills:Minimum of one (1) year experience conducting recruitment related activities. 2+ years' experience preferred.Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.Previous experience running resume searches and placing online ads highly desirable.Strong communication skills.Exemplifies Standards of Behavior.Ability to project a professional image.Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.Essential Functions:Works with talent team to advertise system-wide open positions including posting to various job boards.Maintains accurate candidate records and documentation in our applicant tracking system; creates requisitions for all jobs, posts openings in and timely manner and runs reports from the database as needed.Identifies and helps to implement opportunities to enhance the recruiting process.Assists with the coordination of open houses, career fairs, on-site interviews and other related recruiting events.Assists with interview scheduling for searches as assigned by the talent team.Assists with Onboarding of new employees including ensuring that all required paperwork is complete and personnel files meet required standards.Performs HR facility based onboarding activities that includes obtaining HR related computer access and training for ATS and HR related systems (ICIMS, Labor Edge, DISA, Skill Survey). Performs troubleshooting and assists with system uploads on these applications as required.Screens applicants for support level staff positions (i.e., RN, LPN,CNA, Therapy and Allied clinical if needed) as assigned.Sources for difficult to fill positions as assigned by the talent team. Provides sourcing support for hard to fill roles as assigned. As appropriate, conducting and tracking resume searches on external job boards and identifying potential candidates.Performs administrative/clerical functions such as job postings, faxing, filing and photocopying; processing invoices, and other duties as needed and required.Provides administrative support to the senior HR team for Offer letters, turnover reports, appointments and other duties as assigned.Supports efforts to ensure compliance, through compiling reports, communications with hospitals, and so forth as assigned.Manages phone calls and/or e-mail inquiries from candidates and vendors regarding the recruitment process; escalating and/or directing calls when necessary. Utilizes effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for the recruiting team.Remains current with literature/techniques related to position and maintain updated methodology and tools as necessary and appropriate.
