As we launch our next new geography, we are searching for a driven, customer‑focused, and operation‑oriented General Manager to lead our team to success.

What You Will Do

• Act like an owner: The business starts and stops with you. You make the calls, you run the show.
• Customer‑centric operations: Be the face of our company, championing a customer‑first approach, ensuring every company interaction, from our office manager, to our techs, to our third‑party vendors, meets our high standards.
• Oversight of field operations: Oversee and personally manage scheduling and dispatching of our techs, as well as continuously optimize routes to ensure timely, courteous, and efficient service delivery.
• Manage our vendor infrastructure: Assign jobs externally and manage customer expectations with our office manager.
• Hiring / Development: Hire, lead, mentor, and develop technicians and service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Be hands‑on: Act as an owner, be hands‑on, and ensure that at the end of the day, all the boxes are checked and everything that needs to be done is done.
• Own the data: Monitor key performance metrics and implement data‑driven decisions to drive profitability and service excellence, with an excitement and willingness to own the P&L.

What You Need

• Operational experience (industry agnostic; if you’re a killer operator regardless of vertical, this job is for you)
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, develop, and inspire a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and employees alike.
• Previous managerial experience, preferably in an operations‑heavy role.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, dispatch/job assignment software, and general computer skills.
• Flexibility to work both in the field and office settings as needed.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations.
• You must be based in San Diego and be available both in office and in the field during regular working hours.
