Founded in 2003, Valligent combines industry expertise with advanced technology to modernize the property valuation process.Valligent is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to help strengthen relationships with existing clients, support new client on boarding, and identify opportunities to better serve our clients with the right products and solutions. This role reports to the VP of Operations and works closely with Sales, Operations, clients, and prospective clients. The right person is a strong communicator, highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where follow-through and professionalism matter. You will help ensure clients receive timely communication, thoughtful support, and solutions that align with their needs.Key responsibilities include:Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, prospective clients, and client contactsSupport the Sales team by helping identify client needs, product opportunities, and service solutionsProvide a high-quality client experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and reliable follow-throughAssist with onboarding new clients and helping them understand Valligent's products, services, and communication processesLearn and understand Valligent's product offerings to recommend solutions that fit each client's needsMonitor client reporting, turn times, and service-level expectations to help ensure client satisfactionCommunicate client feedback, needs, and opportunities to Sales, Operations, and leadershipProactively identify issues and help resolve client concerns in a professional and timely mannerEscalate sensitive or high-priority situations to executive management when appropriateUnderstand order workflows within the client management systemMaintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client and company informationWe are looking for someone who is professional, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients and internal team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while keeping the client experience front and center.Qualified candidates should have:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service or client relationship skillsGood judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions that support both the client and the businessStrong organization, planning, and follow-throughAbility to work independently while also collaborating with Sales, Operations, and leadershipComfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesProfessionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential informationProficiency with communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, GoTo Meeting, or similar platformsAbility to learn client management systems and order workflowsTyping speed of at least 45 words per minuteThe following experience is helpful but not required:Client success, account management, sales support, or customer service experienceExperience in real estate valuation, appraisal, and mortgage related fieldsExperience working with client reporting, service-level agreements, or operational workflowsAt Valligent, you'll be part of a team focused on providing modern valuation solutions, strong client service, and reliable operational support.
