Client Services Associate

Description Location: West Sacramento, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday, either 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Overtime: May be required based on business needs Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Services Associate to join our team in West Sacramento. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing requests, coordinating projects, and ensuring exceptional service from project initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination or project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and project updates. Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Coordinate production workflows and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion. Provide outstanding customer service by proactively communicating project status and resolving issues. Review project specifications and ensure all client requirements are accurately documented and executed. Maintain detailed records of client communications, project timelines, and deliverables. Assist with scheduling, tracking, and prioritizing projects to ensure efficient workflow management. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience. Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed. Preferred Qualifications Strong project management or project coordination experience. Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
