Casual Float Phlebotomist/PRN - On Call

Labcorp seeks a casual float phlebotomist for on-call work in Tacoma, Washington. The role involves performing blood collections, processing specimens, and providing patient services across multiple sites with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
• Enter patient data accurately and maintain specimen information logs
• Prepare specimens for testing and process billing information
• Travel to additional sites as needed and perform administrative duties

Requirements

• Valid Washington-issued phlebotomy license
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• At least 21 years of age
• 6+ months phlebotomy experience (preferred)
• 6+ months prior Labcorp phlebotomy experience (preferred)

Compensation: $22.30 - $27.69 per hour; float incentive $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
