Registered Nurse - Hospice

$2121.60/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide outpatient hospice care, ensuring compassionate patient support and symptom management. This role involves night shifts, on-call duties, and collaborative care responsibilities within a hospice setting. Responsibilities: Administer hospice care to outpatient patients according to established protocols. Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient treatment plans. Respond to on-call emergencies during night shifts and provide appropriate interventions. Complete required documentation and charting using Altera or similar electronic health record systems. Ensure timely completion of laboratory and clinical tasks within designated timeframes. Adhere to all safety protocols, including mandatory drug screenings and compliance requirements. Qualifications: Possess an active RN license and current driver's license. Have at least 2 years of hospice or outpatient clinical experience. Hold current BLS certification. Demonstrate competency in hospice outpatient care and triage. Be willing to work night shifts, including 4x9 or 4x10 schedules. Be able to meet travel and local distance requirements.
